Happy New Year! As we close out 2015 and as 2016 begins to dawn, it seems like a great time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished, the journey we’ve taken to get to where we are and the plans we have for an exciting, bright future.

I’d like to start by telling you how much I appreciate each member of the PAC team and that I recognize we wouldn’t be where we are without the contributions made by each and every one of our members. Thank you.

Our strategy, from the time PAC was founded, has been to differentiate ourselves and create value for you in two major ways. First, we strive to be the customer service leader in the laboratory industry, providing the world’s best expertise and service from smart and caring artisans and experienced leadership . This is what we call “Touch”. We know every restoration you place showcases “how” our team cares and touches every patient you treat. We want to be the best as a member of “your” team.

Additionally for 2016, we offer you the choice of leading educational platforms that will deliver the most to your practice. This “Clinical and Business Development” approach enables us to help you adopt confidence and new capabilities as materials, techniques and technology platforms evolve. It also further aligns us with you, because we are free to give objective guidance based on the best solution available for the mission you need to accomplish.

Last year was a year of growth, change and transition at the PAC. We are really making strides in achieving our strategic goal of evolving our educational model into core competencies. Our laboratories have also evolved, merging artisan based craftsmanship with the latest technologies. We have reduced the costs of our services to our clients through a unique suite of incentivized programs while at the same time increasing our client services. Our laboratory remake factor is below 2%; this is something we are very proud of. We have earned a great reputation as a trusted partner to our educational members as laboratory clients and we want our reputation for excellence to spread to other areas within our customer community. That’s our goal for 2016.

We believe today’s business is about quality, reliability and innovation, not size. That’s why we are focused on being the best, not the biggest. This philosophy has come from the commitment and knowledge of our team, our strong clinical and educational experience and our unwavering commitment to the highest service levels in the industry. Our 30 PAC team employees, along with our 450 educational members and industry partners are committed to “Being PAC” and living our core values each and every day:

Our accomplishments over the last several years have been recognized by the industry. We know that is because of the efforts of our phenomenal team and your trust. Because of that
trust, we not only grew in 2015, we thrived. We want 2016 to be even more successful for the company and for you. It’s an incredible feeling to know that when I go out to clients – both existing and potential, that there’s no way I can oversell the competency and commitment of my team and our industry partners. To our existing customers, we sincerely thank you for your business. To new or returning customers, we welcome the opportunity to serve you with our passion and excellence.
