Garrett Caldwell, CEO

Once again, I find myself reflecting on a year passed. Five years ago, a vision for a new and bold company was launched. In the face of many challenges in our industry and overall in the profession of dentistry, we have yet again made significant progress. This could only have been achieved through your support, confidence and loyalty. Now entering our sixth year, we will continue to seek solutions for our clients and set the bar for innovation in our industry.

Over the last year, we have dedicated enormous amounts of time and resources to continue developing our people, bolstering our capabilities in order to meet the needs of our clients, and securing a place for our company for years to come. We realize there will be further challenges ahead. We begin 2018 stronger as a company and better able to serve our clientele. Throughout the year our laboratories have continued to evolve their systems and to successfully integrate a technology based infrastructure within a true artisan based culture. We pride ourselves on providing superior talent and high-quality restorative prosthetics that align with the key objectives of our clients.

We also continue to evolve the PAC as a leader in clinical education, and to deliver support to our dental clients in new areas. As forecasted, in 2017, ever increasing insurance provider dominance in the market place has driven institutional practice groups with strong acquisition models. These strategies continued seeing strong growth in that segment. What does that mean for the independent or small group practice? The need for comprehensive strategic planning and strong business management platforms is more important than ever for the continued success of the independent practice. Clearly, increasing competition from these institutional practices has set up new challenges for many of our members and clients. Our goal is focused on evolving competitive economic and technical strategies to our members. Our clinical team will continue to offer programs coupled with integrated laboratory support designed to support your business.

Our PAC members will see a new and unique schedule for 2018 comprised of programs designed to deliver relevant information and strategies for your continued practice success. Our curriculum includes concise, yet content rich programs delivered by this country’s top clinicians and dental business professionals. Thank you for your continued confidence in the PAC and in our laboratory team at Corr Dental Designs. On behalf of our entire company and as a part of your team, I can tell you that we are motivated and inspired by the opportunities that you give us to help you succeed. Delivering support that exceeds your expectations is our top priority. I encourage you to contact the PAC or the laboratory group and ask how we can impact your practice.

Finally, I want to thank our PAC leadership and Corr Dental Designs technical team for their support and success in our national programs and for being on the forefront working directly with our membership. Our post program satisfaction surveys conducted at the end of every event once again rated them highly for attributes that we feel define who we are and why we are different: positive attitude, expertise, collaboration, mentorship, innovation, clear communication, and on-time delivery. You have my commitment that we are here to support you and that we will work hard to excel in these areas and others in 2018 and for years to come.

If there is anything that we can do to improve our service to you, please do not hesitate to contact me. I wish each one of you a prosperous 2018.

Sincerely,
Garrett Caldwell, CEO
