Joining the PAC/Corr Dental Design Family

 

The holidays have come and gone. It is exciting to look forward to what is in store for the upcoming year.

Since joining Corr Dental Design and the PAC as the General Manager of Laboratory Operations this past March, I have been welcomed with open arms into this work family where I have the opportunity to share my passions and give back by helping lead and inspire others in the family.

Being in the laboratory business for over 30 years has allowed me to meet many talented individuals within the dental industry.  What I have found at Corr and the PAC is very special. I have been personally welcomed into the laboratory by Garrett Caldwell, CEO; Gary Vaughn, CDT, CTO; and Ryan Corr among others, whom I have had the pleasure to work with or meet in the past.

Approximately 20 years ago, I met Ernie Corr, the Founder of Corr Dental Designs. He asked me to share ideas with a few local laboratory owners regarding how to help promote their laboratories and meet dentists outside of the local area. At that time, I was involved with the cosmetic laboratory courses at a Live Patient Program in Las Vegas where I had the opportunity to meet and assist dentists from all over the country. I suggested that Ernie and the other local laboratory owners get involved and attend some of the courses offered in Las Vegas so that they could network with some of the dentists attending the Live Patient courses. All these years later, we have come full circle.  Now Ernie is one of the partners in the PAC Dental Group and I’m part of the Corr Dental Design and PAC Dental Group family.

The PAC Doctors we have the privilege of working with at our Live Patient Programs bring something very unique and treasured in the laboratory industry that keeps all of us in the Corr /PAC family smiling. With the support of the PAC’s qualified instructors, we are able to expand our connections outside the Sacramento area and work with the doctors whom they passionately mentor. Each PAC instructor has a proven track record and has demonstrated exceptional skills in the art of smile design, as well as preparation and delivery of the beautiful smiles fabricated by the Corr Smile Design team. These PAC Live Patient programs offer a unique learning experience for all of us in a nurturing environment where the PAC instructors and doctors can learn and grow together while being supported by our Corr Dental Design Family.

Our extended family continues to grow with the help of world class PAC partners led by Dr. Thomas Dudney, Dr. Samir Ayoub, Dr. Todd Franklin, Dr. Jack Griffin, Dr. Michael Miyasaki, and Garrett Caldwell, CEO.  We are very thankful and fortunate to support the growing PAC Group family, while we continue to uphold the highest standards in a boutique laboratory setting, which consists of extremely talented and highly motivated skilled individuals. Corr Dental Designs continues to practice the three E’s: Educate, Engage, and Encourage.
