Together, we have been facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global pandemic has affected all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at our laboratories, both Corr Dental Designs and Pacific Aesthetic Dental Studio.
We truly understand the physical and emotional impacts this situation has had on all of your families and our colleagues. Understandably, fear, and uncertainty at this time certainly continue to be prevalent. We continue to be inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
At the PAC Laboratory Group, we have remained focused on the health and safety of our employees, supporting them and their families and communities. As the country begins to return to work and as it becomes safe to do so, we intend to do our part. Many of our clients are back to work seeing patients. During this period we have maintained operations as necessary in support of our doctors. Our laboratories are back to full operations. Both our management team and our employees are motivated and committed to delivering the highest level of performance at this time.
What does this mean? Our continued pledge is, no delay, no excuses, no exceptions. All of our clients have received their prosthetic restorations back in their office when requested, on time and our restorations have been rated top quality. We are committed to do whatever it takes continuing in support of this pledge including extended lab production hours. During the next months, all rush fees will continue to be waived. Tell our team what you need, when you need it and we will deliver your work back to you within the shortest possible time that production and shipping allows.
At the PAC, postponing some of our in-person events continues while we have combined some functions and are turning others into virtual events. We did this with our live event on May 8th, “Aesthetic Restorative Techniques & Systems You Need To Prepare Your Practice For A Greater Return”. This event, featuring Dr. Michael Miyasaki was formatted to a virtual event video broadcast live with over 140 doctors attending. We anticipate having similar events soon – check our calendar at www.thePAC.org.
Finally, as we deal with this pandemic, our team remains singularly focused on your success. While all our businesses are in uncharted territory, the PAC and our lab group were founded and built around dealing with moments like this. Our company was founded on core values — trust, customer success, innovation, and education.
