Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at our laboratories, both Corr Dental Designs and Pacific Aesthetic Dental Studio.

First and foremost, our thoughts are with all of those who have been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. I truly understand the physical and emotional impacts this situation has had on all of your families and our colleagues. Understandably, fear and uncertainty at this time are certainly prevalent. We are truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

At the PAC Laboratory Group, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, supporting them and their families and communities. Shortly, as the country begins to return to work and as it becomes safe to do so, we intend to do our part. Many of our clients in less affected areas have continued to work seeing emergencies or are now returning to work. During this period we have maintained operations as necessary in support of our doctors. I have spoken frankly with our administrative and clinical team leaders regarding how we can support our clients at this crucial period as we move forward. Both our management team and our employees are motivated and committed to delivering the highest level of performance at this time.

I think this is a time for straight talk, so what does this mean? Our pledge is, no delay, no excuses, no exceptions. All of our clients will receive their prosthetic restorations back in their office when requested, on time and all of our restorations will be top quality. We are committed to do whatever it takes to support this pledge including extended lab production hours as necessary. Next, during the next months all rush fees will be waived. Tell our team what you need, when you need it and we will deliver your work back to you within the shortest possible time that production and shipping allows.

At the PAC, we’re postponing some of our in-person events while combining and turning others into virtual events. We did this with our live event on May 8th, “Aesthetic Restorative Techniques & Systems You Need To Prepare Your Practice For A Greater Return”. This event, featuring Dr. Michael Miyasaki was formatted to a virtual event video broadcast live with over 40 doctors attending. We anticipate having similar events soon – check our calendar at www.thePAC.org.

Finally, as we deal with this pandemic, our team remains singularly focused on your success. While all our businesses are in uncharted territory, the PAC and our lab group were founded and built around dealing with moments like this. Our company was founded on core values — trust, customer success, innovation, and education.

We have an amazingly talented team here for you. This moment reminds us that we’re all connected like never before. We are now called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding and support. On behalf of all of us at The PAC Group and the PAC Laboratories, we’re committed to being your partner and persevering together.

Sincerely
Garrett Caldwell, CEO
